Sharon Yvonne Stone, born March 10, 1958 in Meadville (Pennsylvania) was her mother's Dorothy Lawson, a former employee at a factory and Joseph William Stone, a tool maker and die maker. Michael, Kelly and Patrick are her three siblings. Stone started second grade at 5 years old. Stone was said to be gifted in the academic area. In 1975, she graduated from Saegertown high school in Saegertown (Pennsylvania). In addition, she competed in winning in the Miss Pennsylvania beauty contest. Stone moved to New Jersey with her aunt New Jersey, where she began a modeling career. In the following month, Stone signed up at the Ford Modeling Agency. After spending a year in Milan and Paris, Stone moved to Europe. Stone was unhappy with the model business in Europe she decided to focus on acting instead. Stone appeared in Woody Allen's film "Stardust Memories" in the year twenty. The film received mixed reviews.
